Even with everything in order, WH doesn’t honor their promise. I got told to go buy it from the other store by their manager. I hope they go bankrupt soon.
Yeah I saw that, so theyd be able to argue that, but the whole distance thing people mention shouldn't be an issue as its not in the conditions

Tried to price match at Whangarei, which they have done before. It caused quite the scene with so many staff trying to figure it out. First excuse was we don't match sale prices, next was we can't sell below cost. Other excuses thrown in for good measure and stall tactics. In the end the manager got flustered and wouldn't match.
