Just came across this subsidy scheme. Has anyone used it before? How does it work?
What are the internet speeds etc.

    It does say available for everyone else for $14.50 a week.

    i use skinny jump. maybe try that. fast wireless. $5 per month per 35mb prepay. free modem. just google skinny jump.
