    Just wondering, if I’ve lost the physical card, could I add the virtual card into Apple Wallet and swipe it instore to play any game? Been ages since I’ve been in a Timezone tbh.

      Yes. But get a new one over the counter (free) as both Apple Wallet card and physical card can be used simultaneously. Don't forget you can ask for a Timezone lanyard too (also free). If someone finds your physical card and tries it - there goes your triple dollars credit!

    I just topped up via the app although the it says my newly added credit expires on 12th Dec 2025. That seem like a very short amount of time to redeem. Anyone else have this?

      I just did the $60 Get $180 via the app and it says my credits expiring 02 Oct 2026. EDIT: this tracks with what @Stoffel just mentioned, as 2 Oct was when I last used my card.

      Just had a look at my card on the app and it says "credit expiring 21 October 2026". I last used the card three days ago so it suggests to me that your credit expiry is based on when you last used the card plus 12 months

        From the FAQ Page

        CREDIT EXPIRY
        WILL MY TIMEZONE GAME CREDIT AND POWERTICKETS EXPIRE?
        Yes. Game credit and Powertickets will expire if the card is inactive for 12 months from date of last use. Excluding in-app activities.

        WHAT CONSTITUTES “LAST USE”?
        Using your Powercard in a venue to play games, load credit or redeem prizes. Excluding in-app activity.

          I think this is an update of there terms. Previously a Timezone credit load constituted usage. They have added " excluding in app activity" I dont have a TZ where I live - so glad to know this. Otherwise it could have been a $$$ lesson or a 6 hour return trip to resolve.

          If last time I used my card is February 2025
          I top up 40 and then get 120 credit in total today October 2025
          If I use my card in November 2025.

          My 120 credit will expire in February 2026?
