NZSALE will be closing its sites and operations from the 23rd of November 2025.
If you have an active credit note, please make sure to use it by 22 November 2025.
After this date, any unused credit will sadly expire and won’t be redeemable. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be refunded in cash.
From 23 October 2025, all new purchases will be covered by a no change-of-mind return policy.
Don’t worry we’ll still look after you if something arrives faulty or damaged, but exchanges for size, colour, or preference won’t be possible after this date.
If you need to return a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with our Customer Service team by 23 December 2025 via [email protected] so we can make sure you’re refunded promptly.
