It's another Friday, so that must mean another Friday Fare Frenzy from Jetstar, right? If you said yes, you'd be absolutely correct and its on right now! Although they are now flying to all of their new regional airports, this week's domestic deals are Auckland/Dunedin return and Wellington/Dunedin return flights. There are also International deals from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to the Gold Coast.
Here are the deals:
- Auckland to Dunedin - $39 one way
- Dunedin to Auckland - $39 one way
- Wellington to Dunedin - $35 one way
- Dunedin to Wellington - $35 one way
The travel period for Auckland/Dunedin flights is May 3 2016 - June 8 2016. The travel period for Wellington/Dunedin flights is May 4 2016 - June 8 2016.
- Wellington to Gold Coast - $109 one way (Travel period April 27 2016 - May 26 2016).
- Auckland to Gold Coast - $119 one way (Travel period May 2 2016 - June 15 2016).
- Christchurch to Gold Coast - $139 one way (Travel period February 23 2016 - March 22 2016 - less than 3 weeks away!).
There are some "sale fares" available for the return flights. Although on sale, these will cost more than the outbound journey to the Gold Coast. After "sale fares" there are the "hot fares", these cost more again.

Prices are quoted in NZD and are based on payment by direct deposit/POLi or voucher for bookings through jetstar.com. For all other bookings, a Booking and Service Fee of $5 per passenger per domestic flight and $8 to $12.50 per passenger, per international flight applies. Fares are web only, one-way and non-refundable. Limited changes are permitted, charges apply.
Baggage: Starter sale fares are one-way, checked baggage not included but may be added for an additional fee. Carefully check the carry-on baggage limits, including size restrictions, as they will be strictly applied. Passengers with more than the applicable carry-on baggage allowance will need to check in baggage, and charges will apply.
Selected travel dates and flights: Fares are not available on all flights or days. Limited availability over public holiday weekends and school holidays. Travel periods are aforementioned.
