The distributors listing for this labels it as an IPS panel, make of that what you will.
It's the same model as AOC Q27G4Z/D 27" IPS.
The distributor has both these models listed -
AOC Q27G4/D 27" IPS 2560x1440 0.3ms HDMI DP 200Hz Monitor
AOC Q27G4Z/D 27" IPS 2560x1440 0.3ms HDMI DP 240Hz Monitor
And the price difference between the two is about the amount you could expect if the only big difference was the extra 40hz.
I think without the D its not oled but with it is.

Not so much of a deal, but this exact monitor was approx (749-60)/1.1*1.15 = 720 AUD last week at MWave (when they had their CODECHELLA deals on) with another ~40 AUD shipping (for me) would make it 760 AUD which is around $860 NZ. A good couple of hundred dollars cheaper than you can get it for in NZ.
