Bought goods from Amazon US and tracking says it's in Auckland with the above latest update as of yesterday.
Do I need to do anything and how long does it usually take to clear? I've ordered the same products before from Amazon US several times with no issues so just curious why it had been held up this time.

Sounds like it's missing import paperwork (invoice, declaration etc.) You could try and find out from UPS what's missing then contact Amazon to try and push them to solve the issue, or skip contacting UPS and just try and get Amazon to fix it.
If I had to bet I would say you're never going to see it and it will end up refunded.
