It can be used from newborn up to toddlerhood, with an upper limit of 20 kg. • Cheers OP, picked one up.

I have this exact model - I picked it up for about $140 2 years ago before we had our son.

I've found it to be a mixed bag, but YMMV. Once you 'learn the ropes' (ie. all the straps and what they do, the order they go in, etc) it's relatively straight forward to get your child in and out.

One issue we had, and I felt this was a major one, is how lifted your child is when in the front facing carrier position. What this means is that your child's lower part of their face and chin is covered by the top edge of the carrier. This can rub on your child's chin, and if they're drooling or chewing (there's no drool pad like some other carriers have), it can create abrasions. The crotch rest cushion thing lifts them a bit, but not enough. I've seen some carriers that keep the child's face clear.

I don't see this as an issue once their older with height, but ours just sits in the boot of the car unused and we either use a pram or carry him.

    • Thanks, thats interesting! Our baby is only 10 weeks old so have only used in parent facing position.
