Collect 350 Pts w/ $20 Spend on Liquor, 600 Points w/ $50 Spend & More @ Woolworths (Everyday Rewards)

50

Just logged in recently and saw these.

Annoying you need to 'Activate' these to earn them but seem pretty worthwhile.

I just have my card loaded on my Google wallet so don't login to the app which then auto activates the Boosts.

Boosts this week for example:

*Collect 350 points when you spend $20 or more on liquor
*Collect 600 points when you spend $50 or more. Exclusions apply
*Collect 200 points
when you spend $10 or more on breakfast foods. Product exclusions apply

The best current version of this deal is:
    Spend $50 total = 1000 points
    $10 on breakfast food = 400 points
    $20 on alcohol = 600 points

Combo these three promos to receive a $15 voucher.

    • How do you get the $50 / 1000 points?

      • They're targeted promotions. They do different deals for different users weekly.

    • Interesting how different ours are hah.

      $50 total = 300 points.
      $10 on Breakfast Food = 200 Points.
      $30 on Booze = 400 points.

      • Do you do a lot of shopping at woolies? I don't really, maybe once a week and just single bags at most

        • Not that much? (but when we do it's pretty large)

  • When will they finally fix the login?
Have to enter email, then get sent somewhere else to do the password.

When will they finally fix the login?
Have to enter email, then get sent somewhere else to do the password.

Its a fairly common security measure these days - Google have been doing that for many years now as another example.

  • You should have already be getting an email every week from them - usually sometime on Monday I think.

They always remind you to login and activate your 'boosts'.

As @wowbigdeal noted above, if you pay attention, you can do okay out of it without spending anything extra. For example, this week I would just bring forward buying breakfast cereal and alcohol that I would have bought anyway, just maybe not this week, and I would almost always spend more than $50 in a week, which means that the deals above are just $15 in my pocket for no extra spend, nor any change in the products I buy.

I'm chasing the 2000 points for filling $40 at BP x 4 times before end of August. Especially Weds when the discount is 10c. Choose you BP station carefully, there's a huge pricing difference between them. (And you get the points per litre on top of the promotional offer with your Everyday card)

Apparently they think I'm going to buy booze anyway, because I don't have any bonus points for it.

Prove them wrong - buy it elsewhere!

By the way, you get the bonus points for entering $40 at the pump, even if the discount brings the price below that.

It must be targeted because my One just says spend $15 on breakfast food and get 200 points, although it does have the spend 50 for 600 points

Mine is $75 for 450 points. And no booze one.

  • Bought 4 bottles of wine, 4 bags or rolled oats, total $53. So got the max benefits. When do the points show up does it take a few days?

It should show straight away if you hit the boost button. That way you can go straight back to the store and spend your $15.

      • Thx man checked the activity and did collect it, but its converted to airpoints I must have had some reason in the past to have done that. Swapped to voucher again.
