Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees and their immediate families of Stuff Limited and Viking Cruises, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible for the prize, entrants must fill out the relevant entry form in full during the Entry Period.
DATES: Entries for the competition must be received by August 4, 2025 at 11.59pm and the prize draw will take place on August 5, 2025.
The first valid entry drawn will win a Viking “Bangkok, Bali & Beyond” cruise for two people, departing Bangkok on 13 November 2026 for 13 days and 12 nights plus included return flights (to the maximum value of AU$3,500 per couple – AU$1,750 per person x 2). The cruise is valued AU$20,790 per couple (AU$10,395 per person x 2). The maximum retail value of the prize is AU$24,290 per couple (AU$12,145 per person x 2) and is based on 2 people travelling together and sharing a stateroom.

CONDITIONS OF PRIZE:
⦁ The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. If for any reason the winner is unable to accept the prize as stated, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu.
⦁ The winner and their travelling companion must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
⦁ Prize Terms & Conditions apply. The Prize is subject to availability. Any changes or costs incurred once the tickets have been issued, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
⦁ All elements of the Prize must be taken together. Travel restrictions may apply.
⦁ The winner and their travel companion must travel together.
⦁ Any meals or tips which are not included in the Cruise, transfer fees, Passports, Visas, telephone charges, laundry, additional nights or upgrades, any other personal expenses, travel insurance, and airport transfers are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
⦁ Travel or entry documentation (Visas) and arrival fees are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion. It is the Winner’s responsibility to check with all government travel advisory and immigration authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility. Any fines, penalties, payments, and expenditures incurred because of not meeting such requirements will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion.
⦁ Any mandatory conditions related to taking the prize including COVID-19 vaccinations for any travel outside of New Zealand, are the responsibility of the Winner and their travel companion. If the Winner or their travel companion have not complied at the time of travel, boarding may be denied, and the prize duly forfeited. This includes any third-party vaccination requirements from any travel operator required to take the prize. If travel and quarantine restrictions imposed by the New Zealand or International Governments impact the Winner’s ability to take the prize as stated, Viking will make every effort to defer the departure date to a date of their choosing.
⦁ Flight offer is only valid if booked in conjunction with the Viking “Bangkok, Bali & Beyond” cruise for two people, leaving Bangkok on 13 November 2026 for 13 days and 12 nights.
⦁ Included return economy flights are subject to availability and must be booked by Viking on Viking’s choice of airline from selected major gateway cities in New Zealand: Auckland (AKL), Christchurch (CHC) or Wellington(WLG).
⦁ Any cost incurred in getting to / from the selected gateway city will be the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
⦁ Guests must return their air form to Viking within 14 business days of receiving request for flights, otherwise Viking reserve the right to cap the airfare at AU$1,750 per person with the winner to pay any difference above this amount.
⦁ Viking will reach out to the winner once flights are in the date range, at this point they may nominate their preferred in / out dates.
⦁ Both guests must be on the same airline booking and fly together in both directions.
⦁ If applicable, a valid passport is required for all international journeys with at least 6 months of validity from the date of return.
⦁ If applicable, names as per passport and dates of birth for all travellers are required at the time of reservation.
⦁ Entrants must not be subject to any conviction or court order which would prevent them from legally entering the overseas destination.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, Stuff Travel reserves the right to redraw the prize.

NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

NO LIABILITY: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
