And so it begins, Kogan trying to phase out the 50% off and BOGOF buyers by testing the market with smaller discounts.

Everyone please boycott this 'promotion' until we see BOGOF 😁

This is on the Prepay Monthly plans. Takes longer before you've paid them a significant sum, makes sense it will have lower discounts.

Would still expect 40% off and BOGOF on the Prepay Annually plans, at least for a while.

      • Yes, agree.
I would still expect to see another BOGOF deal for the annual plan some time in the next few months.
The exact timing varies but this plan can be an interim measure until it comes along if you don’t want to port out to a different provider in the short term.

Glad i grabbed that deal that just finished

    Boycotting now 😡

  • I’m not keen on this monthly deal either.
Kogan usually have a 40% off sale for their NZ birthday which is around 20 August.

NZ still has such overpriced data compared to Aus and UK, but it’s unlikely to get better with the current government who are susceptible to lobbying/donations/bribes from large companies.
