I will be in Singapore in early January for 3 nights. Can someone suggest a good place to stay with preferably an early check-in as I arrive at 6am? I don't need to stay in the city either. A microwave in the room would be a bonus. Thank you in advance.

Thank you, I will look at that option!
I have a feeling Airbnb is illegal in Singapore
Around Asia, worth checking out Agodo too.
I am using Google to get all available rates, thank you!
We spent a week in Singapore last year and stayed at Furama Riverfront - I did a bunch of research and it was great value - only 5 min walk to nearest MRT station, and even had a 7-11 store as part of the hotel.

Thank you @mvanwijk. Exactly the place I am planning to stay after all my research. Sounds like a nice place and good staff from reviews. Have a good weekend.
if you are going to arrive that early just book a room the night before and suck up the cost. if you are staying for a while book the cheapest room they have for that night and the chances are they will give you the high cost room if you have booked a higher cost one for the other days.
Thank you, good thing to consider.
Depends on what kind a place (read budget) you are looking for. We booked here last year - Hotel Bencoolen, Hong Kong Street. Well priced, central location, functional rooms but they are small. Was actually too small for Mrs Madao, so we only stayed one night. No early check in. I believe there is a pay per use arrivals lounge at the airport which may be worth a look
Thank you. Bencoolen is an option I did look at. Much appreciated.
We also stayed at Bencoolen. It was nothing special but we've no complaints.
Not sure about early check-in, but I frequent Singapore and finally found a place that I really like called Citadines Rochor Singapore (https://maps.app.goo.gl/7LkZbTxQJK74pr3VA). Location-wise, it sits on 2 metro lines, so making traveling around easy. Foodwise it's around Little India, so great Indian food, and close to Sim Lim Square for Chinese food. It has a pool, and it's quiet, unlike many other CBD properties where it gets a bit too busy. It also has a co-working / business area if you need to do a quick call, and yes, a microwave in the room and, I believe, somewhat of a small kitchen while very fair priced.
Thank you @Justboringtech, a great one to keep in mind for the future when I travel with family. I like the handy location and also the microwave! Much appreciated!
I just went to Singapore and stayed at QT. This place is on the more expensive side I have to say but I would really recommed it if its in your price range. Dont forget to use Shopback or Cashrewards to get a little back depending on how you book. There is no microwave but Its right outside the famous hawker center in the CBD and there is a 711 below the hotel and has some great cheap eats for breaky. QT has a nice roof top pool which you can help your self to some popcorn and sparking water etc & it has a good gym. I used the pool everyday, you will want to with the heat! Also another tip for SG is to download Grab, and buy the tourist offer pack for a few dollars that gets you 50% off airport transfers and a general discounts for a week of each Grab you get. Yes there is public transport and its cheap and clean, but Grab with the discount is pretty good. If you goto the Casino for a look (Which I did to get out of the sun one afternoon) be prepared for a culture shock. I wasnt ready for second hand smoke plumes and seeing the Beijing Bikini where ever I looked. ha! Super odd, considing how fancy the place is. Hope your break is enjoyable!
Thank you @AhhNo, much appreciated! I will keep QT in mind and Grab sounds like a good thing for us cheapies! :-) I will do that. Looking forward to my trip. Have a nice weekend and thanks again.
Consider booking an Airbnb with self check-in as they're often cheaper than hotels and have great amenities.
