Everything excess gets peed out….but most people will get all they need from a balanced diet so its a waste… i guess if you dont eat fruits and veges and have deficiency in something, it helps top it up?
Granted, it's hard to find one that shows a benefit for people with a varied diet who are living in an affluent country.
