Has anyone tried to open a business account with Amazon Au? I see that you need to have ABN, what about companies here?
Has anyone tried to open a business account with Amazon Au? I see that you need to have ABN, what about companies here?
I established a business in Australia with ABN then launched an store on Amazon AU.
I believe that you (personally or an NZ company etc) can get an ABN if you are carrying on a business in Australia, which I would guess means you are making (or intend to make) taxable supplies in Australia.
If you are going down that path, I'd talk to a professional with experience in such matters.
However, I'm not sure it would be worth the hassle if it was just to get an Amazon business account ;-)
