I have vaguely read this but interested in hearing more on this subject.
I recently (within the last year or so) have started being an adult and doing adult things like paying more to buy rice bran oil, trying to eat NZ pork only and free range, but I can't remember if I read anything qualitative on the canola oil thing being bad for you (at least any more than any seed oil).

Well, there's a lot of misinformation around nowadays. Do you own research. I know there are people on here who use canola oil as it has come up in a few deals before, that's why I posted.

On the subject of oil, one of those oil sprayers is life-changing. They're like $30 at NZ shops, or like $5 on AliExpress for the same ones.

I didn't realise they existed til I bought one, now I have one for every oil, the spray head pressurises the bottle forcing the oil out and atomising it, rather than normal spray bottles creating a vacuum (which would never work for oil).
Especially if you're one of those people who buy oil in spray cans.
