1. Promotional Period

• The promotion begins at 9:00am on Monday, 19th May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on Tuesday, 10th June 2025.

2. How to Enter

To enter the draw to win $10,000 cash (x1) or one of 400 x $100 Vouchers:

• Compete the form at https://www.theoutlet.co.nz/win to enter.
• By entering, you agree to receive promotional emails from brands under T7 Retail.

3. Eligibility

• Open to New Zealand residents only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over at time of entry.
• Must be opted into marketing emails at the time of the prize draw.
• Employees of Tahua Group and its subsidiaries, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter

4. Prize Details

• One (1) Grand Prize: NZD $10,000 cash.
• Four hundred (400) Secondary Prizes: Each consisting of a NZD $100 The Outlet Voucher.
• Total prize pool: NZD $50,000.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly drawn for the $10,000 cash prize, and 400 winners for the $100 Vouchers from all eligible entries no later than Friday, 13th June 2025.
• The winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during sign-up or update.

6. Conditions of Entry

• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entrants must ensure their details are accurate and up-to-date at the time of entry.
• Any entry received via automated or bot-type means will be invalid.
• Entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Cash prize will be deposited into the winner’s nominated NZ bank account.
• Vouchers are subject to The Outlet voucher terms.
• Vouchers can be redeemed in-store or online using the email address provided to enter the giveaway. There is no minimum spend required to use the voucher, but the - voucher must be used in one transaction and balance will not be carried over.
• Vouchers do not apply against shipping and delivery, so additional charges may apply.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash (except the grand prize).
