Saw on reddit. Apparently you can get free sample boxes with heaps of goodies for new/expecting mums, (nappies, lip balms, moisturisers, baby proofing items etc) jif ust pay shipping which is only $12.50 (although they stock at midwives too so check there first).
The pack also includes one of their books which are full of heaps of useful knowledge.

I think we got this pack from our LMC and for us I don't think it would be worth the $12.50 in shipping if we hadn't been given it. I'll double check and confirm it was the same thing when I get home. It didn't have anywhere near as much as what you've listed though OP so I could be wrong.
