Saw this offer at Bunnings Mt Roskill, and plenty of stock showing everywhere else. For some reason not visible on the website but can view in Powerpass / Trade accounts. To be clear this is available to everyone - they have them stocked up at the tools deal aisle.

They do sell a usb header thing for these so you can use them to charge devices. I got one with my tools when I first got them.
Not sure it's a great charger but in an emergency id take it. Also got a small lantern that used these which has been useful and again would be great in an emergency.
There are a good range of cheap worklights for ozito/einhell available on alix and temu, and as the batteries have one of the most well done protections of power tool batteries in it, you dont have to worry about killing your batteries like with DeWalt and other Stanley products.
