Just saw this Kogan Mobile One NZ's Satellite TXT Service and was wondering if anyone has any experience using it yet?
Or maybe someone has used the One NZ Satellite TXT service
Please share your experience here. Cheers!

Hmmm… at the bottom of their main page hidden in the terms & conditions (it's hidden as it's white text on white background) - it says this:
Emergency Storm Response:
If you are affected by the Tropical Cyclone Tan, you can now send and receive TXTs via satellite with an eligible device. For more information click here.
That link goes to the same page linked by the OP: https://koganmobile.co.nz/satellite-response/
That suggests to me that they might enable satellite texting during large emergencies, perhaps. But I'm pretty sure none of the virtual operators running on OneNZ network have access to satellite txt at this point of time under normal circumstances.

Good find!
I suspect that Vodafone see it as their USP right now, and won't want to allow anyone else to have access through them.
A few hundred thousand sheep probably agree with them, but as they (and others) have been saying for years (with varying figures):
Our cell towers cover 95% of where New Zealanders live and work.
There will be oddities who will claim that its a game changer for them, and if you look at them closely (not a suggestion!) it might well be. They'll continue to be vocal, but that's hardly important to most people.
;-)
Nice detective work! I would have never highlighted the white space to check.
@nzoutdoors didn't need to - they read the web in raw Hex (binary is too slow to scan with Mark 1.0 eyeballs).
I understand that they are currently learning Base 64 encoding - there will be no stopping them at that point.
That was quick to get pulled down - it's now throwing a 404 msg for the Kogan page. They'll be using the One NZ service, which is via Starlink for satellite coverage.
