  I had an awful experience at Harvey Norman last time when I collected this free photo. They don't allow me to collect the photo printed from my wife's account. My wife was pregnant and baby was due to come, so I had to get the photo for her. Even I showed them the confirmation email and my wife's ID. They still didn't allow me to collect the photo due to the privacy issue as they said. I had to get their branch manager to make a complaint before they released my wife's photo. Will never go and do that again.

    I had the opposite experience…wife/boss told me to collect her photos. She created multiple accounts and printed 3 diff photos. I guess depends how much power trip the staff is on

      I guess it depends on which store you go. Some stores try to make it very difficult that you would not go back and get the freebie again.

    Was this the Botany branch by chance? I too tried to pick up on behalf of my wife and the lady wouldn't have it.

      Bingo. I told the branch manager that I would never come here again. I have black listed Harvey Norman Botany. If items are the same price or similar price, I will buy from Noel Leeming, JB Hifi or PB Tech.
