I bought a T7 Air Series tent and gazebo a few years ago: spent well over a couple of grand all up. We can't have used it for more than half a dozen camps and we have a small leak in the tent and the inner tube of the gazebo has popped, rendering it useless.
I've tried contacting T7 support multiple times and not only can I not get a response from them, I've been into the store and they also told me how hopeless the support line is. No stores stock any spares, and there online shop only has a few spares for different models
I know T7 is on life support, but is there any hope for my air-filled camping yet? It seems the inflatable inner tubes are pretty design-specific, which I think doesn't bode well for my spare part search. Are there any generic options? Or has anyone had any luck getting spares some other way?
Or… Dare I say it, is the whole inflatable tent thing just a fad destined for disappointment?

Thanks, I'll give them a try.
Good luck mate. I would stil try to escalate with T7 especially if the tent is less than 3 years old (I believe these were sold with a 3 year warranty).
Inflatable tents are awesome, just get a Zempire next time!
I have an older non-air gazebo, which has given me good years of service before the fabric began to perish. Took me a long long time but eventually I was able to get a replacement fly for it. And lo and behold when it turned up, it was the right size but appears to have used a different pole connection system which is incompatible with mine. Now I wait again to hear from them as to how to remedy…. They're very very slow. I may be stuck with a useless gazebo fly.
Yeah I would probably consider a CGA repair/refund/replace claim. But perhaps difficult if you can't even get a response from a winding down company. Otherwise there are repair kits available. My air tent came with one. Torpedo7 even sells one. Doesn't look that comprehensive, you might do better looking elsewhere to source one. Then go to good old youtube or google for repair instructions/advice.
I think Kiwi Camping have an inflatable series that are basically the same as the t7 air series and the warehouse has had an inflatable which was a rebrand of the air series also. Theyre hugely popular tents so I dont see them going away.
Just saw a Facebook post saying the 700s were withdrawn for known issues and the poster received a refund.
Also looks like the air poles for the rooms would match the 600 series and the entry matches the 500 or 300 series which the poles are all available on their website
Can you fix it with a patch which work for air-beds?
Hi everyone, thanks for all your insights! I have some great news. I had read on a Facebook post l(ike @Signit63 said) that someone had taken their tent back and got a full refund. So as a first point of action I figured I'd at least give that a try. I wasn't sure what the warranty on it was, but I figured I could push the CGA if necessary: a tent costing $1500 should last more than a couple of years.
Well, bowl me over! The guy we spoke to knew the tent well, knew of its ongoing problems and that it had indeed been pulled from the shelves for constant leak problems. He confirmed that it had a 3 year warranty, and immediately suggested that a full refund was an option, so that's what we did. Problem solved!
Will now be on the lookout for another tent deal…Great news! Pop a cork, enjoy a splash and move forward.
Good work!
