Popped into Jaycar yesterday and saw these deals, I had a jam on the mini speaker, but it seemed alright for the price

    Ive reserved one but don't think ill be able to pick it up until Friday. Alwa was always ok but not great, worth a punt at the price juat so i can use the usb port for headphones and charge if i need to.

      I think they are like sansui and similar where its just a brand that gets passed around and slapped on whatever cheap stuff they feel like rather than a true brand like in the 90s.

    Picked it up, not super strong on the MagSafe, but starts up ok, runs at 10W max so it's slow charge, as I don't think its even running at that, but ok for the price. Nice solid build, comes 80% charged.

      Pretty much identical experience here, works fine and i wont be in a hurry charging with it, if you are you can use a short usb c cable to fast charge from it but thats not why anyone is buying a magnetic battery bank. I only intend to need it on a long haul flight with a 1 year old where i suspect sitting down near a chargung socket is something ill be allowed to do much of and ill have to pace up and down with long podcasts keeping me sane.
