does anyone have any reviews on the eufy s220 doorbell cam?
- how does the battery charge or do you replace it?
- also, it needs a homebase 2 to work, right?
so im better off getting the $307 combo than just the add-on.I have the dual doorbell cam and need the homebase to work.
To charge the battery, you need to remove the doorbell cam from the wall anchor by pressing a button on the top through a hole. On mine, one full charge last almost a year i think. didn't really notice. had it since june 2023, only charge it twice.
were you talking about the e340 (dual doorbell cam)? i thought that model doesnt need a homebase anymore. but thanks for the battery advise
e340 can work with or without homebase. I have one. Battery last about a month.

as it won't work without homebase.
interesting that @ace310 battery on last a month perhaps it's because it uses more power by not using homebase. Mine definitely last more than a month. In fact it's more than a month since I charge it last (Jan 2025)
@spam: Battery can last longer, but my girls keep ringing it whenever they go or come. Haha.

Shame its not on for longer, could have done a price beat with Bunnings. Has anyone tried using a shipping forwarder with the Aliexpress shop to get Eufy stuff to NZ from another country, like Saudi Arabia?
