Yeah, quality isn't always great for some products, but I still find they're pretty good. Bok choy has been a bit old lately, but still usable. Spinach is hit and miss, sprouts almost never last very long. But pretty much everything else has been great IME. The tomatoes last week were great, but I had to find creative ways to use 5kg of tomatoes 😂
Seconded, the strawberries were poor both times I bought from them. Overall I still think it's slightly better than what you get from your countdowns and your new worlds but not by much.
Per comments looks like something you should avoid. Rotten? Hell na.

Same experience, the quality has significantly dropped. My last 3 orders with them have been bad with rotten stuff and mouldy pieces. They are quick though to replace it and refund thru store credit but wont be using them again.
Same issue with us too, although when it first started up - problems with the quality and items missing; they replaced easy enough, but it was the hassle of the situation (reporting and then waiting) as we then had to go to the normal shop to get it (defeating part of the benefit)…so we stopped.
Agree, the quality is not the same as it used to be with yesterday order…bite disappointed. Here hoping they stay in game to give big two some competitions 😞

I think the quality has massively dropped though. I've had issues with 2-3 items at least in my last couple orders. Got a punnet of strawberries with half of them mouldy and rotten, for example. Keep getting store credit instead of refunds despite my requests so the cycle is continuing.
