How to Call Hotline in China from NZ

We want to reach a hotline number in China. They seems to not really replying to emails …
It's a one or two off type of call … What would be the easiest without costing an arm per minute?

    Looks like Viber has a 1 week free trial of their worldwide calling plan you could try: https://account.viber.com/en/call-china

      This is what I did when I needed to call China Southern airline. Worked a treat.
