Ninja Creami NC300 ICE Cream Maker $239 + Shipping ($0 C&C/ in-Store) @ PB Tech ($215.10 via Price Match at Briscoes)

140

Lowest price ever for the Ninja Creami according to priceme.co.nz. Comes with free coffee cup worth $29, or you could try price matching at Briscoes which (if it works) should bring the price down to $215.10. https://www.briscoes.co.nz/product/1105643/ninja-creami-ice-…

I really want one of these but I just can't justify it for a household of one - hopefully another cheapie can make use of this deal!

Edit: even better, if you sign up to a new account with Briscoes (https://www.briscoes.co.nz/register/) you will get $15 off your first purchase off over $100. I think this can be used in store as well as online, which would make this $200.10 if bought in store.

Managed to get the deluxe model a couple of weeks ago price matching JB HiFi at Briscoes, ended up paying $313.30.

Price beat $320 from Farmers this morning (i.e. paid $288 at Briscoes 🫡)

      • Damn knew I should have waited haha

    • Would you say it is worth spending another ~$100 for the deluxe model?

      • +1

Firstly, as mentioned by @spren @samohtxotom - you can utilise price promise to get this down further - farmers was $319 -> $287.10 (10% price promise) … then $15 off new registered person $272.10

        Re: Worth spending …. [ Note: actual price diff is $71.60 ( Price Deluxe 287.10 vs Non-deluxe 215.50 )]
@Totto - Deluxe capacity is meant to be 50% larger and it has an additional 4 functions (including milkshake) - although some people say additional "modes" are gimmicky and possible by normal "non-deluxe" creami

According to several reddit posts - despite 11-in-1 functionality - most seem to just use ice cream making function …

Cheers! Yes I know it would techincally be about a $72 difference with all the discounts I can apply and utilise, but I was wondering if it is actually worth it. I would likely just go with the upgraded Deluxe model if it is like a $20 difference, but felt "wise" as a Cheapies to check with real users if the upgrade is necessary at a whopping $72 more haha.

@Totto: Haha yes - I suspect from what I've read that non-deluxe is quite fine ^^

  • You should buy this. Amazing 🍨. My ice-cream can also be a supplement with the ingredients you can use to make ice-cream.

  • Looks interesting. So does it make actual ice cream or just mushed up frozen stuff into an ice cream like consistency?

I'm not sure on the technical side of things but the end product is creamy and smooth, imo better than store bought ice cream, more like soft serve than tub ice cream. I've tried a couple recipes so far from the provided book (vanilla, strawberry) and they were both better than anything I've bought from the supermarket

Do you really need to eat at all at once, or does it still have a good consistency if you store it in the freezer for a while after you've made it?

        • It depends on the recipe some refreeze solid and others are still soft (but not up to the same standard of texture as it is after you spin it), the deluxe can do half the tub at a time which is quite handy.

  • to anyone who has bought this, is it space consuming in the kitchen? wanted to buy this but we dont have much space anymore

I just successfully did the above at Briscoes in Christchurch! With the price match + 10% off + $15 off (for creating a Briscoes account) it came to $200.10.
    Cheers for the suggestion!

  • I just called into Briscoes and got it for $200.10 (Price Match with 10% off + the Briscoes $15 off welcome deal). Can't wait for the ice cream 🍨

  • Is the coffee cup only from PBTech?
