  • Wonder if they're doing this deal often. Got it at this price at TWH a month ago.

  • Thanks OP - Perfect timing for me as we just put Persil Sensitive on the shopping list this morning!

  • Bugger, shouldn't have stocked up on 20kg of AquaBlue laundry powder a couple of months ago!

  • Price ends 22/10 Tuesday

  • Thought this was the 4kg for a second. My eyes widened while Celine Dion's, it's all coming back to me now started playing in my head.

    • Yeah, me too. it's cheaper than standard supermarket but otherwise can wait until costco (if you can access them) put on rebate. $53 for 12kg

      • Good to hear how it compares to Costco’s prices.. this deal is pretty good then, would be 9.30 for 2kg with Chemist warehouse price promise, so 56.80 for 12kg but only needing to buy 2kg to get the rate

  • Is this powder actually any better than regular persil sensitive?

    • Is this powder actually any better than regular persil sensitive?

I thought this offer was the regular Persil Sensitive?

      • Oh my gosh I am so silly haha I thought there was an ultimate version of the sensitive! Thabks anyway!

      • Much better rated for cleaning than any other powered by a lot.

The sensitive one is about the same as most others.

I don't like the smell, but doesn't seem to affect my skin (though I do an extra soak and rinse to get as much of it gone as possible)

    • Do you mean comparing the ultimate vs sensitive?

I've used both, switching to sensitive since we have eczema boy. From memory, the ultimate is scented while sensitive isn't. Not sure whether they clean better or not but certainly help the eczema on my boy since we switch to sensitive

      • +1

Any difference between Powder vs Liquid? I have always thought Liquid is better.

        • hmm.. not sure

never used liquid before, have always used powder.

        • My (personal) experience is liquid is better. No chance of there being little powder bits left on your clothes. But I haven't used powder a whole lot so I dunno

          • +1

@Matty D: My thoughts exactly. Long time back I tried once and I would find bits left in pockets sometimes.

  • Consumers tests suggest Ultimate is the best: https://www.consumer.org.nz/products/laundry-detergents/revi…
