Skinny Broadband is putting prices up by $5.00 per month which means you can cancel your plan early without termination fees. Excellent if you were locked in after the original sign-up bonus. So, what other options and deals are out there?

I've just signed up with Sky for 300/100. First 3 months $25. Next 9 months $65. $80 after that. No contract. Free router.
Seems like nothing to lose, and customer service has been very good.
Am an existing Sky customer, fwiw. Promo ends on the 30th

So they can break contracts just like that. I should have read the fine print. Must have been hidden somewhere in terms. :(

Slingshot is $65 a month for 300/100 through Broadband Compare for the first 12 months.
2degrees is $71 a month for 300/100 through Broadband Compare for the first 12 months as well.

Slingshot is actually $59 a month for 300/100 if you go through the previous Cheapies deal, which is still valid. I signed up my other property just the other week with them on $59/month.

Unless Chorus freezes wholesale price increases this year I would expect them to announce cost increases again late July/August(ISP's then paying the new price 60 days after that announcement). Spark went up $2-8 recently, One NZ has gone up in price in Oct last year and May this year.
