Hey Kenshiro. Sadly it does. Believe me, Ive worked for Z, MOBIL, and BP. People(including myself) have tried everywhich combination and sadly every single fuel card is the same.
There was a brief period while 'Mobil Smiles' came out, that it allowed it accidentally, but that got patched very quickly!
