  Anyone know the story about why Gull is stopping selling Premium 98 and switching to Premium 95? Just saw my local Gull station swap over today.

    Its because their new fuel provider is Caltex…. and Caltex provides 95… keeps costs lower.

      But no good for car enthusiasts. Down to only BP, Mobil, and NPD if you're lucky enough to have one.

  Crazy cheap prices out in west Auckland. Other parts of Auckland can be upto 50 cents more expensive!

    Now that Gull has given up on vouchers, I generally just to whatever is cheapest of PnS Lincoln Road or Westgate during the Gull discount day. With the 10c shopping vouchers it's cheaper. (The stores seem to alternate on which one is cheaper, was Lincoln Road about 2 months ago but has been Westgate for past few weeks.) One thing you do have to remember is that they close their fuel sites quite early, I'd aim to be done by 2100, and definitely before 2130.
