Amex to Marriott Transfer Bonus

Waiting for the bonus before transferring some Amex Membership Reward points for a trip.

Does anyone know if this is an annual thing and if so when is it usually live?

no set timing . I have transferred during bonuses as below. Hoping that another is due soon
