Torpedo7 Hospitality Code or Synergy Code

Hello everyone

Do we have new HNZ or synergy codes or T7. the old ones have expired. Or is it something that is gone with the sale of T7?

    We haven’t had a Hospitality code for six months.
    The Synergy Code and Student Card code have both expired in the past week but at this point not sure if this is related to the sale or not.
    It is not abnormal for these codes to be changed so fingers crossed new ones will come up.
    For the time being there is nothing.

    Just be aware if buying online with Torpedo 7, that with the change to new owners they are having a few problems. At the moment, people are getting the wrong product and the stores aren't accepting online returns as they can't access anything, even if you go in with proof of purchase, the 0800 number hasn't been working for the last week and online you only seem to get the robot not an actual person.

      Waiting over a month for a refund for an order they never sent. Can’t actually get a hold of anyone and no human replies to multiple emails about it.

      Absolutely would not recommend buying anything from them unless you’re physically in store.

    • That explains why my bike tubes aren't ready for click and collect a month later

      • I had a click and collect order that was pending for ages. After three weeks I went on live chat and was told oh it shows as ready for collection. It still didn't when I logged in to my account but went instore and asked and it was there.

    Member discount at Torpedo7 on hold effective immediately.

    As you may already have heard, changes are afoot at Torpedo7 as they settle into new ownership under Tahua Partners. While many things will stay the same (including the great relationship we have with Torpedo7 as one of our trusted partners), there’s a certain amount of housekeeping that goes with a transition like this.

    As the team gets used to new systems & makes some operational adjustments, they need to pause the member discounts they offer for a short time.

    The change is temporary & we’re in constant contact with Torpedo7, who will let us know once this transition period is complete.
