Apologies in advanced, first time poster.

Received a flyer stapled to my order today at Chicking stating "Every online order includes a complimentary Royal Crunchy Burger from us! Minimum spend $25, Use Coupon Code CK101"

The '$25 min spend' is only required to initially add the code CK101 to your cart - the code remains active when removing the items totaling less than $25 from your cart afterwards, even if every item is removed.

1. Add $25 worth of items and code to cart
2. Click "Go to Checkout"
3. Click "Remove" under Voucher, the free burger should still be in your cart
4. Click the minus sign under Selected Items, now the total should come to $0
5. Enter your details then click "Pay Now"
6. I used my credit card, somehow the transaction would come to $0.01

Couldn't find any further details about this promo on their website or Facebook profiles so I'm not sure how long this code is supposed to be around for. Cheers!

    Thanks for confirming, I've been playing around with the ordering system and might have found a workaround:
    Add $25 worth of items and code to cart > proceed to checkout > edit items as desired and 'remove code' however the free burger should still appear under 'Voucher' > I can then proceed to payment in the windcave portal with the items seeming still in my order - seems to even work with no items and a $0.01 charge…

      workaround was successful, picked up burger.
      from confirmation email:

      Royal Spicy Crunchy Burger 1 X $0.00 $0.00
      Subtotal: $0.00
      Total: $0.01
      Includes GST of: $0.00
      Payment Status: PAID

          @mikenz: Worked for me with a $3 order, removing the code but keeping the free burger in the cart. Not sure how to get a $0.01 total. Mine is $0.00 when I remove everything else and payment doesn't work.

          Edit: worked with nothing else on mobile but not pc. Shows $0.00 in cart then $0.01 when paying

    When I went to pick up the order, they said "you didn't pay for the burger".
    I was like it showed up in the order but it says $0. I said that's because I used the code. Then they go on to say there is no code and the code could only be used with $25 purchase anyway.
    I don't have time to argue with them so just picked up my chips and tell them well they need to be clear in the system not to show the burger (even at $0) since it is part of the order essentially.
