We have a EcoVacs robot and while the hardware is good, the app and mapping is pretty terrible. I would not buy one from this brand again.

My thoughts exactly. Currently with a n8+ and while the hardware is great, we’re frequently amazed by how stupid it is.
Constantly getting lost and stuck, random auto-empty in the middle of the night, eating cords despite the supposed detection features.
Never again a deebot, my old Roborock s6 was much better at its job.
There is of course bankruptcy which is hanging over Godfrey's so it may affect long-term warranties. There are always the manufacturers to go back to, but they are not liable unless stated that there is a manufacturer warranty.
