Terms & Conditions

1. To get a Bunnings eGift card, you need to purchase products either instore or online at Bunnings during the applicable Tools eGift Card Promotion Period. These products must meet the relevant Qualifying Brand(s) requirements for each Tools eGift Card Promotion, the Redemption Criteria and these Terms and Conditions (each a Tools eGift Card Promotion).
2. To be eligible to enter:
   a. participants must be New Zealand citizens or residents;
   b. participants must purchase products that meet the Qualifying Brand(s) requirements* for the relevant Tools eGift Card Promotion during the relevant Tools eGift Card Promotion Period (including via special orders) either:
   i. in-store at Bunnings (including via Bunnings Trade Representatives) in New Zealand (subject to store and trade centres opening hours); or
   ii. from Bunnings and Bunnings Trade websites and picked up in-store at Bunnings in New Zealand or delivered to an address in New Zealand (subject to Bunnings’ terms and conditions for (Click & Deliver Service - Bunnings New Zealand) delivery costs may apply,
   c. participant’s total spend in each transaction must meet the Redemption Criteria with a minimum spend of $250 inclusive of GST. *products ordered ‘as a special order’ that meet the Qualifying Brand(s) requirements in a Tools eGift Card Promotion Period that are due to be received after the relevant Tools eGift Card Promotion Period ends, must still be fully paid for in the relevant Tools eGift Card Promotion Period to qualify.
3. To enter a Tools eGift Card Promotion, you must go to https://www.bunnings.co.nz/campaign/redemption-gift-card or https://trade.bunnings.co.nz/campaign/redemption-gift-card and complete all required fields (first name, last name, phone number, email address) including the receipt number for the purchase of products that meet the Qualifying Brand(s) requirements for the relevant Tools eGift Card Promotion and then submit the promotion entry form by the relevant Closing Date for Entries.
4. A participant can submit a promotion entry more than once for each Tools eGift Card Promotion providing it is a separate transaction each time that includes the purchase of the relevant products that meet the relevant Qualifying Brand(s) requirements for the relevant eGift Card Tools Promotion and the Redemption Criteria and eligibility requirements are met. Receipt numbers cannot be used more than once.
5. You will receive an email acknowledgement of your promotion entry once it has been submitted.
6. If you’re eligible and your promotion entry is approved by us, you will receive a Bunnings eGift card via email within 2 business days of Bunnings’ approval.
7. Qualifying Brands may differ per Tools eGift Card Promotion and purchase of products that meet the requirements of one Qualifying Brand(s) requirements for a certain Tools eGift Card Promotion will not be eligible for another Tools eGift Card Promotion.
8. The Bunnings eGift card will be sent to the email address that you provided in your promotion entry. You are responsible for ensuring it is correct.
9. Bunnings may collect, use and disclose the personal information of participants for the purpose of administering this offer, sending Bunnings eGift cards and in accordance with the Bunnings Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy - Bunnings New Zealand.
10. The value of an approved participant’s Bunnings eGift card will depend on the total amount they’ve spent on products that meet the relevant Qualifying Brand(s) requirements for the one transaction as per the table below under the title ‘Redemption Criteria’.
11. Bunnings (acting reasonably) reserves the right to verify the validity of promotion entries, to disqualify any participant and where appropriate, to deactivate a Bunnings eGift card. For example, if Bunnings reasonably suspects the participant has submitted false, fraudulent or misleading information.
12. If we provide you with a refund for products for a change of mind in respect to any Tools eGift Card Promotion in accordance with our Returns - Bunnings New Zealand, we reserve the right to deactivate the associated Bunnings eGift card you received as part of the applicable Tools eGift Card Promotion.
13. Risk in the Bunnings eGift card passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the Bunnings eGift card after delivery.
14. Bunnings eGift cards are redeemable in person in store at Bunnings locations across New Zealand (exclusions apply see Online Gift Cards Terms - Bunnings New Zealand).
15. Promotion is not transferable.
16. Bunnings eGift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be sold.
17. If this Promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Bunnings, Bunnings reserves the right (acting reasonably) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
18. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act, as well as any other implied warranties that are incapable of being excluded (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, Bunnings (including respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of a Tools eGift Card Promotion.
19. The laws of New Zealand apply to these Terms and Conditions. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
