  Price is one thing but how they handle claims is just as important. Saving $300 a year with a cheaper provider that gives a worse experience is probably not worth it. Ideally it's finding the sweet spot.

  I am with initio and highly recommend it. It was the cheapest for me overall with Home & Car insurance together compared to any other.

      I haven't claimed anything yet. But have heard claim process is fine. Friend of mine had a claim and there was no issues and worked out fine. Also, have heard positive stuff on FB group so seems similar to other insurance companies.

      I claimed in 2018 for a leak in my rental, they were very easy to deal with, great service.

  A lot of libraries will have access to things like Consumer Mag either in the library or online
