    I had a look further into it before, and it does seem to be the case, they quote from Australia to anywhere, so basically a worldwide freight forwarding company in Aus.
    
    A box roughly of the size of a Nexus 5 was quoted at $22, that would pretty much constitute any phone, although I know Aus post don't carry phones on airmail, so I'm not sure what would happen there.

      Years ago I use to get mobiles bought online at Aussie Dick Smiths and get them shipped here but they stopped that.
      DHL are the only way I know of to get mobiles shipped here due to the type of batteries on them.
