Think its what happened last time, they have just doubled price from days ago, and said bogof. So effectively same price.
This is illegal if it is the case but I don't think they will do it stupidly
Commerce commission is going to unleash their wrath on these scammers and slap them hard with a wet bus ticket. That will teach them a lesson.

No price hitches. They had 50% off all clearance up until the 24 Dec. Back to normal clearance prices now, and its a different sale, Bogof on clearance clothing.
Looks to be some disconnect between the site and stores.
Found a bunch of clearance clothing (north face, swanndri) in the Porirua store today which wasn’t listed as “in stock” on site, and wasn’t marked on the rack as clearance, but the deal still applied
Looks like they just doubled the price vs. a week or two ago and then made it b1g1f. They did this in November as well.
