    Are they better than Pizza Hut/Domino's? There's a Sal's in my town but I was always hesitant to give them a try because the prices were so high. For the same price as a single slice there I could get an entire pizza from Pizza Hut/Domino's or two frozen pizzas from the supermarket…

      I like the cheese they use, I prefer it to pizza hut/dominos but it's not really worth it at normal price

      They are definitely better than Pizza Hut, Dominos and Hell, but only really starts being good value when you get a whole pizza. Generally though, we only get cheese because kids. I tried the 5 boroughs, it was meh, the Buffalo Chicken is great, mainly because I like the buffalo and blue cheese sauces.

      Nonna, black garlic pepperoni, mushroom. Didn't really like the chicken ones cos the pieces were so tiny. I think I'd like the 5 Boroughs one but haven't had it yet.
      Best pick is using a 2-4-1 voucher from Entertainment "Book". These deals aren't too bad for some.

        Cheers! I've only tried the Pepperoni from memory as the last time I had Sal's was quite a while ago so even that memory is quite faint now. I don't have the Entertainment Book but thanks for the tip:)

            2 for 1 Large Pizzas.
            If you search ‘Pizza’ then Sal’s were the first that came up for me.
            Could well be region specific though. Mine shows Christchurch & Nelson.

            @Swappy: It's store dependent. I know a couple of years ago the Wellington stores weren't but the Queenstown and Christchurch ones were.

            The good thing for me is that it's 1 voucher per store and there's 3 relatively close to me.

    wow a pepperoni is 40 bucks now? Really lucky I live a driveable distance away from the Costco. Those prices are insane

      Costco pizza has nothing to envy and is a great competitor to Sal’s. Even with todays deals, Costco wins.
