This is appearing all over Aus sites, but I figured, NZ users can use it too!

First step, fly business class (or economy if you want) to MEL. Eg: https://www.nz.kayak.com/flights/AKL-MEL/2023-12-25/2024-01-… costs $1301 return in Business (LATAM/Jetstar).

Total = $3053 RETURN!

No credit to OZB or SecretFlying and you forgot the mention it's an error fare. The original price is $10,000+ so could get cancelled.

Anyway it's a good one, even if they honour it, you can even add a stopover on the way back for the same price.

Kigali is cool but if it's gorillas you want see, I personally recommend going via Uganda. fee is cheaper by a long shot and often tours will pick you up in Kigali and drive across. Uganda also has better wildlife than Rwanda.
