I am looking to buy a luggage for 1-3 day business trips. I generally carry a laptop with basic accessories and clothes.

Keen to hear from people their views on backpack vs carry on trolley vs a business trolley.

Anything 1-3 or 4 days I make sure I use carry on, especially if multiple airports. I prefer wheeled roller, more comfortable unless you are going offroad. They are up to about 2-3kg so bear that in ming with your 7kg allowance. I got this one from Kathmandu but the Macpac one is also good. If I had my time again I'd consider 4 wheels to keep the bag closer in airport queues. Bit heavier though.
Backpack is almost certainly the way to go. I have been around the world to over 60 countries and across all climate types / levels of development.
