  Tip. Change the country to US, zip: 94661 to remove gst/vat. GST is not included in cashback.

  Total for starter comes to $91.44 I think. and should have 98% cashback on it in theory.

  Guys, I'm not sure I did it right. I clicked through Cashrewards. Then on Cashrewards, I clicked the Shop now button, which took me to surf shark website. Then I filled in the details for the Starter pack. And completed the transaction.
  Then I realised there was actually a coupon I should have used???? CASHREWARDS
  Or was the coupon applied automatically?

    From memory, surfshark has 30 days money back guarantee. In case your transaction doesn't get tracked in Cashrewards, just cancel it.

    Coupon is applied automatically.

  Just purchased, it was showing USD52.64 at final step, got charged NZD88.19. Cashback tracked for AUD78.47 but approved for AUD76.90. USD52.64 as per whatever crappy rate was used to AUD78.47, 98% is AUD76.90. The offer does say this "The amount that tracks to your Cashrewards account may differ to the paid amount due to international exchange rates. Your initial payment is converted to USD, then converted back to AUD when reported to us. The advertised cashback rate is based on the reported amount, not the paid amount. Cashrewards has no control over this process."

    - Did you click the redirected link from the cashrewards website and purchased through surfshark website?

    • Where do you set up your PayPal for the cashback? Is this done on the cashrewards website? Or do you have to purchase using PayPal from surfshark website.

    • How do you draw out the money from your PayPal?

      Yeah click on the redirected link to surfshark and select plan you want and pay using your card or any other payment options in there.

      If you change the country to United States in payment page, it will take the gst off.

  Just committed to this.
  I used Wise. The total amount came up to 55.26 USD.

  But the cashback website still shows 'no recent transactions found' under reward activity. Does anyone know how long this takes to show up?

  I did check before purchasing to make sure the coupon was applied.

    The coupon isn't what determines if you get the cash back, it's the affiliate link through cashrewards. In saying that, from experience it can take up to 48 hours to track, but I've also logged a claim with them in the past when one of my purchases didn't track and they added it to my account. Your mileage obviously varies ;)

      I see thanks.
      I assumed that by seeing the coupon apply automatically at the check out meant that I correctly clicked the affiliate link hence the coupon application.
      Perhaps there is a processing delay between the affiliate link provider and the cashback website.

      In the mean time, I will exercise patience hopefully this will come through. Otherwise I'll have 30 days to get my money back.

      Update: ** Tracking just came through (roughly 1 hour post purchase) ***
      Tracking amount is 80.73 AUD. The original drawn amount was 55 USD. Still not a bad deal. Still unsure how I can draw that money off of PayPal.

        You'll have to wait a few months for the money to clear and be withdrawable since if it was instant you could just cancel the subscription and profit. Once it's ready to be withdrawn it'll switch from pending rewards to available rewards and the process is pretty easy from there.
