imagine if they did,, the prices of the products would still be the same to remain competitive.
Dont forget all the other companies they own under the company life health foods.
Lisa dip,naked crusine,naked organics etcI guess there's larger multinationals that make billions whom avoid paying the 28% cooperate tax (Apple, Exxonmobil, Chevron, Methanex, Harvey Norman, Facebook, Google, Pfizer, Pepsi etc.) so the $20~ million tax free profit by Satanarium isn't that big.
I swear people bash them for the tax exempt thing when big corporations like Nestle, Mondalez, etc use every trick under the sun to avoid taxes and that’s the least of the scandals they are involved in, from the baby formula scandal to the numerous water rights they buy.
@coach: Yes them being exempt for being a charity while other business are gulity of tax avoidance, at lease sanitarium has some values being a religious entity.
I wonder how better society would be if they were abiding.
