Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this is under dosing creatine per serve.

Pretty sure 5g daily is the norm, but this is only 4g of actual creatine and some filler to make it "8g" per serve.

    ahhh nah.. Amino spiking is associated to protein powder. Creatine is completely seperate.
