Referrals Page - Changed View From List - How to Change Back

Hi All,

I have managed to somehow change the view on my Referrals page to a kind of wrapped one with each 'store' going across-ways, rather than the straight list I had before.

This one is really hard to scan through - you have to move your eyes loads, and is a real productivity killer, but I can't work out how to get it back to the original straight list.

Any hints on where that setting is?

Thanks,

Alan.

    • Is it the same for you Wakrak?

Perhaps it is not an option I've changed, but a global change for everyone?

      • Is this happening on every device or one device in particular? Every browser or one browser in particular?

        • Hi Wakrak,

It looks the same on Win11 - FireFox and Ubuntu - Falkon.

Are you still seeing everything in a straight list down the page?

          Thanks,

          Alan.

  • There is no setting to change it. Sorry.

    • Hi Neil,

It didn't look like this previously - have I done something to cause it to look like this?

      Thanks,

      Alan.

      • The redesign is the same for everyone and will be identical across all our websites, ChoiceCheapies, CheapCheapLah and Ozbargain.

We use responsive web design so if you view the list of referrals on a mobile device or on a very narrow browser window, it'll show as a vertical scrollable list. On wider displays the referrals will expand to fill the entire page.

  • This one is really hard to scan through

The original referral list page was designed to be scanned through, but that was when there were only 15-20 referrals. However with the current number of referrals we are listing, it's easier to use Ctrl-F or "Find in page" to search for specific referrals so you don't have to scan through…

    • Okay - much harder to scan through and find things now, and having to use 'Find' slows things down significantly.

Perhaps if you could make it columns, rather than rows that would mitigate the messiness?

Currently it takes ages to find anything, whereas if it was, say, three columns sorting vertically by name, that would be much easier.
