    Same thing if they are correctly labelled for NZ standards. Compound is cheaper where the fat used is from Palm Kernel Oil rather than Cocoa fats. None of these would be compound.

    Also Belcolade make good chocolate, on par with Barry Callebaut but bear in mind that milk and white chocolates will show their age more because of the milk fat.

    I have milk chocolate and they come in little drops. Dangerous as I keep snacking on them…soo good!
