Oh man what an awful website.
I wondered whether it would apply to cat food, but I just spent 10 minutes trying to work out what I was actually buying.
They put prices on the screen, but don't tell you what quantity that price is for.

Then you go into one and the price that was shown on the earlier page (with no quantity) doesn't actually reflect the reality of any of the product options.

EG the first option, Adult Dry Cat Food, it says $41.99 AutoDeliver and Save, or $95.99 (down from $99.99). Clicking through defaults to the 4KG bag which has the $95.99 price…but the AutoDeliver and Save price is $74.99 or $84.99, not $41.99, so the earlier page is literally lying.
And they weirdly price it per KG but only sometimes, so you can't actually derive the prices of the items without clicking through every option. EG they have a 4KG bag option, or two 4KG bag options, but the latter doesn't give a price, nor a per KG price.
And because they suck at CSS, there's no margin for the border growth, so the 10KG button (profanity) moves when you click it. So if you're not paying attention you aren't sure what has and hasn't been clicked.
Anyway I've given up, didn't even make it to the Coupon Code page to try it out.
I don't think the code works anymore
The code only works on the link and only for that particular dog food and doesn't not work for cat food. Code still works when I use a different browser.
