I've got a Nintendo switch which has been laying around for a few years doing bugger all and was looking at modding it. As far as I can tell it requires a physical mod as it doesn't match the criteria for a softmod. I cannot easily find any places in NZ that offer this service and I am not going to attempt to do the soldering myself. Does anyone know where I can get this done and roughly what it costs? I can easily ship it so anywhere in the country works.

Double check the model on the back. If it a a HAC-001 with no other -01 or anything else then it might be able to be soft modded.

Likely for legal concerns Nintendo is super aggressive to anyone who does it.
I would offer to do it but I killed my first board not fully understanding the instructions but it was rather easy on my first attempt. You could try one of those phone shops they might do it
Done the chipmod myself it's not difficult but not easy.
Steady hand is essential as you have to solder directly to the CPU
Yeah once upon a time I would've attempted it myself, I don't really have a good soldering iron anymore nor microscope so figured I'd pay someone else to do it.
I do Low-Key modding and have done few v2 and 1 Oled Mod chipinstallation.
