Kogan voucher can not redeem

Hi, apologies first if I am posting at the wrong place.

My medium Kogan plan expired yesterday. I tried to renew it with a large plan using Kogan voucher from the email they sent to me.

After I input my back account number and voucher code, I tap the renew button, the color of the renew button changed its color from red to light red. Then nothing else happened. I can not renew. Tried many times on app and on different browsers. All failed.

I contacted Kogan online , they let me screenshot it and send to their email. I sent and got replied to ask me tap the renew button after I input the voucher code. Which I already did that. So no help yet.

Anyone else has this issue?

    The codes have a redeem by date, might be expired?

    Did you get this sorted? I'm also having an issue trying to redeem the voucher, getting "Sorry, there was an unexpected error. Please refresh and try again."

      Having the same issue this morning
      Edit: currently waiting for Kogan to fix this (should take 24 - 48 hours)

        How did you contact them? Can't see the chat on their website and they don't have a number.
