How to Enter

● Entry to the Promotion shall be by completing the entry form on Newshub.co.nz/HRV
● Each individual may enter one entry form during the Entry Period. Each entry form shall include why the entrant (or their nominee) deserves to win an HRV AirSenseTM Essential Ventilation System and otherwise comply with the conditions specified below.

Winner Selection

● The winner will be the entrant who is judged (in the Promoters absolute discretion) to have submitted the best reason as to why they or their nominee deserves an HRV AirSenseTM Essential Ventilation System.
● Finalists will be notified by phone during the week commencing 18 September.
● The winner will be surprised live on air during AM on the 27th of September 2023.

Prize Details

As part of this Promotion the winner will receive one prize consisting of:
● One x HRV AirSenseTM Essential Ventilation System
● Standard installation of the HRV AirSenseTM Essential Ventilation System. Additional charges may apply for any extra installation work, which will be agreed in advance with you.
● This promotion excludes homes under construction and commercial installations.
● The total prize value shall not exceed $10,000 (excluding GST)

Conditions

The Promotion conditions include:
● Entrants must be aged 18 years and older.
● Nominations are allowed provided you have that nominee’s express consent to enter them in the Promotion and they agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
● Entrants agree that, if selected by the promoter, the promoter can record them and disseminate such recordings in connection with this Promotion.
● The Promoter shall pass on a winner’s details to CAIL International limited, trading as HRV (“HRV”) for the purposes of providing the prize.
● Entrants agree that their phone calls or any recordings they provide as part of the Promotion may be played on air or put on the promoters’ or HRV’s online platforms.
● To be eligible to claim the prize you must be the homeowner and have a roof cavity in your home.
● By entering the Promotion, you agree to be contacted by HRV for any promotional purposes.
● This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other HRV promotion.
● The Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, HRV may (in its sole discretion) substitute that prize for another prize of like or equal value. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use a prize for whatever reason.
